TallBoys was founded by Dmitry Shevchenko, Vladimir Semenets, and Alexey Solovov. They came together to create Where The Clouds End, an atmospheric adventure game. Encouraged by the positive feedback from showcases, they shifted their focus to Pandemic Express, a multiplayer survival game that combined asymmetrical mechanics with player-driven action. During Pandemic Express, the team grew, and after its release, they began working on Militsioner.Logos
